What gets in the way

Turn fragmented activity into accountable work.

1

CRM and reporting are disconnected

Keep lead activity and operational work in ClosePath while importing authorized production data into a governed reporting layer.

2

Performance is hard to reconcile

Trace KPIs, milestones, fallout, revenue, expenses, and commission inputs back to normalized contributing records.

3

Every role needs a different view

Scope companies, branches, teams, bankers, finance, commissions, recruiting, integrations, and reporting through explicit access.

Capabilities and outcomes

Use what is available—and see what requires setup.

Availability labels distinguish shipped platform capabilities from controlled or provider-dependent workflows.

CRM, Work Boards, automation, communications, forms, reporting, and AI—sharing context.

ClosePath organizes these functional categories in one workspace while source systems and professional decisions stay where they belong.

Financial command

Make performance explainable.

  • Revenue, expenses, and profitability
  • Versioned commission plans and statements
  • Budgets, P&L periods, and scenarios
  • Reconciled executive packages and alerts

Connect your LOS

Choose an honest data path.

Operational CSV and synthetic evaluation are available. Customer-configured protocols require successful testing, mapping, authorized access, and—in some cases—approved external infrastructure.

  • CSV preview, validation, import, and rejection export
  • Generic HTTPS REST and signed webhook framework
  • Secure SFTP configuration requires an approved worker
  • Mapping queues never silently guess bankers or financial fields

Reporting and AI

Explain production, fallout, forecasts, and financial performance.

Mortgage Intelligence provides scoped dashboards, drill-downs, alerts, and executive packages. AI explanations use bounded approved reporting context and do not make credit or employment decisions.

  • Production and performance scorecards
  • Forecast, pull-through, and fallout analysis
  • Profitability, budgets, commissions, and statements
  • Executive Command Center and report packages
Replace disconnected tools

Consolidate functional categories—not regulated systems of record.

ClosePath can reduce handoffs among CRM, project management, forms, automation, communications, reporting, and AI assistance. It does not claim to replace an MLS, LOS, carrier system, court platform, trust-accounting system, payroll, or accounting ledger.

Plan guidance

Start with Mortgage CRM; discuss controlled-release intelligence with sales.

Mortgage CRM has a public starter plan. Mortgage Intelligence remains access-controlled and requires an approved organization, explicit roles, authorized data, and configuration appropriate to the connection method.

Product truth

What ClosePath does—and does not—provide.

  • ClosePath is not an LOS and does not perform underwriting, credit, eligibility, approval, or rate decisions.
  • The source LOS remains authoritative; CSV and synthetic testing are operational reporting inputs.
  • ICE Encompass, LendingPad, ARIVE, and MeridianLink are configuration-only and unverified without authorized credential testing.
  • REST and signed webhooks require customer-authorized endpoints, credentials, successful tests, and mappings; scheduled SFTP polling requires an approved external worker.
Frequently asked questions

Questions before you start.

Is Mortgage Intelligence available to every workspace?

No. It is a controlled-release area requiring an approved organization, explicit Mortgage roles, and company or branch scopes.

Does ClosePath connect to every LOS?

No. ClosePath supports operational CSV and customer-configured connection protocols, but each real provider connection must be authorized, configured, mapped, and successfully tested.

Can ClosePath calculate commissions?

Authorized teams can configure versioned plans, calculate from eligible reconciled records, route approvals, and generate statements. ClosePath does not provide payroll or money movement.

Does ClosePath make lending decisions?

No. ClosePath does not underwrite, determine eligibility, guarantee approval, or make credit or rate decisions.
